From My Heart

We made it through February and now we begin a very busy and active March. This year, Easter comes early on March 31, which means the month of March is going to be filled with Living Cross practices and plans! We always look forward to Living Cross and seeing so many folks come out to hear the Gospel message of Christ. I want to encourage you to pass out the tickets available on the tables and at the Welcome Desk. We use these tickets as a reminder to folks we invite to be here.

Of course, during Living Cross, prayer is the main thing we ask of our church family. Please pray for the Lord to bless and give us a great harvest of souls. The only way to save America is to get Americans saved! So, we want to do all we can to see a full church building each evening, and then see the Lord bless in a marvelous way with folks trusting Christ. I want to ask you to start now and let’s pray for the Lord to bless the invitations we extend, for the weather for each night, for the cast and choir and orchestra, for Pastor Brian, and of course, for the power of the Holy Spirit to be upon the entire presentation from beginning to end.

On Saturday, March 16, we want to extend a church-wide invitation for you to meet here at the church and go out with us into several different communities and pass out invitations for folks to come to Living Cross. We will meet at 9:30 a.m. and be finished at noon. If we have a big turnout, we can reach many families with an invitation. I hope you will come out to help us!

I have been noticing that many Jewish Rabbis and Jewish Ministries, run by born-again Jewish preachers, are preaching about how excited the Jewish people are getting over the anticipation that Jehovah God is

certainly doing some exciting things in Israel and in the war that they are fighting against Hamas. Whole groups of Palestinian people have been getting saved because they have witnessed God’s Divine direction and assistance being given to the Israelis. They have spoken openly about seeing what they say are angels, protecting the Israeli soldiers! One entire extended family of Palestinians was fleeing the Israeli Army’s advances, and all the family members gave testimony of seeing an angel, whom they called “the Angel of the Lord,” with a sword drawn, protecting the troops.

You might ask, “What do you think of that?” Well, I do not know what to think of that! They testified that they all saw it, and there are many other stories that have been coming out of Gaza that are similar in nature! And these Jewish Rabbis and ministries are all excited about so many reports of God’s protective hand helping His people, and there is a great stir in Israel that God is about to do something major in the Middle East. I feel the Lord is about to do something major as well! I feel the Lord is about to step out on the clouds and call us home to be with Him!

Have a wonderful day and may God bless you richly!

Pastor Norris
